Designed and documented with Tony Peart, this project was a demolition of the existing house with a subdivision of the property which was replaced with two townhouses, detached duplexes so to speak.

Both units have 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and pools. The first unit sold for a record price in the street before it even hit the market at $1.845million and the second is listed currently for $1.985million.
